NIHBA - Cavalcade Tour Of Homes

The Northern Illinois Home Builder's Association needed help getting more people through their newly built doors.

Every other year the NIHBA hosts the Cavalcade Tour Of Homes in order to showcase the many talented home builders, architects, designers, and contractors available in Chicago's western suburbs. 

In 2024, the NIHBA reached out with the goal of boosting attendance for their tour of homes. After the success in 2024, we've partnered again in 2026.

What made them come back?

In 2024, the plan was simple: create the same marketing content as previous years, but create a bolstered marketing and implementation strategy in order to boost attendance.

The campaign was a success, having an increase in tickets sold and attendees at the tour. But we knew that should we be asked to come back we had to up our game even more.

In 2026, we've reworked the entire promotional campaign, including a new approach to the marketing media. Our goal this year is to establish the builders as an expert resource, optimize media for GEO (generative engine optimization), and boost awareness of the event but also the builders themselves through organic social media content.
