Melody Mart has been servicing musicians for the past 70 years. Through every change, trial, and hardship the community has kept Melody Mart thriving.
To mark their 70th anniversary milestone, Melody Mart wanted to share their story and to thank their community for their contributions over the years. A hefty task, but a fun one to take on!

Gathering Historic Images
Our first day of production we created the backbone of the documentary by combining Jim's monologue of the history with interviews from a couple of the key players of Melody Mart's long time staff.
For BRoll production, we filmed a handful of individual lessons as well as their "Junior Jam" group lesson. We used this to supplement the main backbone.
After our two production days, we worked with the Melody Mart team to gather as many historic photos as possible to show a glimpse into the past.
Bringing all those pieces together we were able to produce an awesome 10 minute documentary for them to premiere at their open house.
